Special Projects
- Underground Bunker: Confidential Client Project required NBC (Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical) threat resistance, including specialized NBC air filtration, Carbon Dioxide sensors/ scrubbers, 15 psi overpressure blast vents and doors, and gamma radiation resistance from nuclear blast. Worked closely with contractor and architect to ensure the safety of occupants for up to 30 days under many possible threat scenarios, including fire/smoke, riots, chemical attack, biological agent attack, dirty bomb attack, and explosive attack up to nuclear blast level shock wave. Project also included specialized systems to prevent EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) effects from affecting critical life support systems.
